Mike Ribera
Raised in a family of builders, Mike Ribera mastered the art of construction from a young age under the guidance of his father. After becoming a licensed contractor on the East Coast, he returned to Oregon, where he married and settled in Bend. Mike’s blend of hands-on experience and leadership skills were honed through diverse roles, including managing operations at Camp Cascade and serving as a Builder Account Manager for Paulson’s.
His personal commitment to building shines through in the transformative remodel of his own home, tailored to the needs of his son with cerebral palsy. Today, as the leader of Noble Construct, Mike ensures each project combines craftsmanship and care, making Noble Construct the trusted partner for your home remodeling dreams.
